Tom Brady's Career Should Have Never Happened

To my disgust, the front page of cnnsi.com currently flaunts New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and how fuckin' great he is. Everyone's golden boy quarterback, Brady is a sure Hall of Famer after a short career consisting of 3 Super Bowl titles and the possibility of a 4th this season. Well, if not for some major bullshit, Tom Brady would be nothing more than a John Kitna. In the 2001 AFC Championship, aka "Snow Bowl", Tom Brady got blindsided by my favorite player, Heisman Trophy winner Charles Woodson. Brady got knocked out, fumbled the ball, and MLB Greg Biekert recovered. This would have sealed the game for the Raiders and sent them on to the Super Bowl to face the Rams who would have gotten slaughtered. Excellence was destined to be restored. But as we all know, instant replay had to fuck it all up. How shitty instant replay is will have to wait for another day. Brady got lucky, saved by some BS rule that noone has ever heard of. In the words of my father, "That is bullshit! Oh, I'm livid." That was the only time I ever saw my dad pissed over an athletic event. And he had good reason. So to Tom Brady...what was probably your worst and most non-clutch play of your career ended up making you the All-Pro that you are. I hope you relish the fact that you were not wearing the silver & black that day, as we all know the NFL is against the committment to excellence. But remember Tom, you suck so bad that you had to have 2 chances to win. Weak
